1. Appointments & Reservations
1.1 Lessons are only taken after reservation.
1.2 A reservation is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
1.3 Pilautes reserves the right to change or cancel a class due to force majeure or insufficient participants. In this case, an alternative class or solution will be offered.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 You can cancel a class free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
2.2 If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, you will be charged for the full class.
2.3 This policy applies to both individual classes and punch cards/subscriptions.
3. Payments
3.1 Payment is due in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Tickets are personal, non-refundable, and valid until the specified expiration date.
3.3 Subscriptions are paid monthly or quarterly in advance.
4. Health & Safety
4.1 Participants are responsible for reporting any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancies to Pilautes.
4.2 Pilautes is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
4.3 If you have any doubts about your health it is recommended to seek medical advice first.
5. Liability
5.1 Participation in classes at Pilautes is entirely at your own risk.
5.2 Pilautes is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
5.3 Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental resilience.
6. Hygiene & Behavior
6.1 Wear clean sportswear and socks (preferably non-slip).
6.2 Please leave materials clean.
6.3 Respectful interaction is paramount; Pilautes strives for a safe, warm and relaxed atmosphere at home.
7. Privacy
7.1 Personal data is kept confidential and used exclusively for administration, communication and lesson planning.
7.2 Data is never shared with third parties without permission.
8. Changes to the Terms
8.1 Pilautes reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
8.2 Changes will be communicated in advance by email or on the website.
