In a beginner session you can expect:

Pilates strengthens your deep core muscles which support your posture, balance and overall stability. Even simple exercises will help you feel taller, stronger and more centered.

3. Adaptable Movements:

Using the mat with or without props like bands, balls, rings or rollers. Every exercise can be adjusted to suit your body and fitness level. Props add variety, support and fun to your practice.

4. Awareness & Mindfulness:

Pilates isn’t just physical—it’s also about learning to tune in to your body. You’ll discover how to move with intention, notice alignment and engage muscles you might not usually use.

5. Progress at Your Own Pace:
