4.2.<\/strong> For some of the processing purposes listed in this Privacy Statement, Pilautes may engage a Processor, with whom Pilautes has concluded an agreement that ensures that the Processor offers sufficient guarantees regarding technical and organizational security measures with regard to the processing operations to be carried out. This agreement also states that the personal data in question may only be used for the purpose described and must be immediately destroyed after use.<\/p>
